Indian Fresh Produce Exporter to the UAE
Vaagai Vriksham Ventures ships fresh South Indian produce, Kolli Hills spices and traditional rice varieties from Tamil Nadu and Kerala to importers, distributors and the food trade across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates — consolidated ex-Chennai to Jebel Ali, with origin documentation prepared to match your import clearance requirements.

We are an active exporter into the UAE market, supplying fresh South Indian produce and pantry lines direct from our sourcing belts in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Vegetables move from the plains, spices from Kolli Hills, rice from the Thanjavur and Cauvery delta, and turmeric from the Erode and Salem belt. Consignments consolidate ex-Chennai and arrive into Jebel Ali Port, Dubai — the busiest container gateway in the region — feeding Dubai's re-export trade and onward distribution across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. Khalifa Port (Abu Dhabi) is served on request, and air freight via Dubai is available where a buyer needs faster transit.
What we export to the UAE
Our UAE range spans fresh vegetables, seasonal fruit including mango and banana, Kolli Hills spices such as black pepper and turmeric, fresh coconut, and traditional rice varieties including biryani-grade Seeraga Samba and other South Indian short- and long-grain rice valued for their grain character and aroma in Dubai and Abu Dhabi kitchens. The Farmigo consumer brand is available for retail-ready listings, packed and labelled for shelf. Variety, origin and grain character lead every specification — we describe rice and spices by where they grow and how they are traditionally cooked. Browse the full range on our products page.
Origin & character
The UAE's large South Asian community gives strong, year-round demand for the named varieties those kitchens ask for — Alphonso and Banganapalli mangoes in season, Cavendish and Nendran bananas, single-origin Kolli Hills pepper, and biryani-grade rice. We supply by origin and grain type so a buyer in Deira or Mussafah receives exactly the variety their customers expect, season by season, with specifications and indicative quantities confirmed per order.
Who we supply
We work with the full UAE buyer base: importers and wholesale distributors moving volume through the Dubai and Sharjah markets, ethnic and South Asian grocery serving the diaspora trade, and HORECA, hotel and catering operators across Dubai and Abu Dhabi who buy biryani-grade rice, spices and fresh produce at scale.
India-UAE CEPA & duties
The India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), in force since May 2022, progressively reduces or eliminates tariffs on a wide range of Indian agri-food lines traded between the two countries. To claim the preferential rate, a shipment must carry a valid certificate of origin proving Indian origin under the agreement's rules of origin. We prepare CEPA-compliant origin documentation at origin so your customs broker can apply the reduced duty where it applies; the exact rate for your specific HS code is confirmed at quotation. This is a factual note on the agreement — applicable duties and eligibility are always verified per consignment with your broker.
Export documentation
Full export documentation is available on request — commercial invoice with HS code, packing list, certificate of origin (including CEPA-eligible where applicable), phytosanitary certificate, fumigation/ISPM-15 and CoA/lab reports. HS codes are confirmed at quotation, and certification programmes can be arranged for qualifying orders on request. All figures are indicative and confirmed per order.
