Vaagai Vriksham Ventures is an India-based agri-food export house rooted in Tamil Nadu. Our 20-acre farm grows coconut, turmeric, banana and mango. For the wider range and additional volumes, we buy at mandi and grading centres and work with trusted procurement centres when required.
Our range spans fresh vegetables, Kolli Hills and Tamil Nadu spices, seasonal fruits and South Indian rice, supplied to buyer specifications with export documentation. Farmigo and private-label foods are currently made through trusted partner production centres; developing our own production facility is a future plan.

Rooted across South India
Our own farm provides direct cultivation experience in coconut, turmeric, banana and mango. Other vegetables, fruits and commodities are procured according to confirmed order needs through mandi, grading centres and trusted sourcing contacts across Tamil Nadu and South India.
Kolli Hills spices and rice varieties such as Seeraga Samba are sourced from their relevant growing and trading belts. Origin, availability, grade, packing and supporting documents are confirmed for each consignment rather than assumed in advance.
Founder & export lead
Alagesan Palanivelu
Hands-on in agriculture since 2011, and exporting since 2024. Before founding Vaagai Vriksham Ventures in May 2024, his career spanned EMBYE, a posting with Qatar Rail (Dec 2016 – May 2018), and freelance operations work across hospitals in Tamil Nadu, including Paavai Medical College (2022–2025). The Farmigo retail range is his most recent addition to the business.
Built to be export-ready
We coordinate the practical steps from confirmed sourcing through grading, packing, documentation and freight handover, using the appropriate farm, market, grading centre or production partner for each order.
Fresh produce is graded and packed to the agreed specification. Cleaning, drying, milling, mixing and retail packing are arranged through suitable grading or partner production centres where required, with documentation confirmed for the product and destination.
We currently export to Qatar and are entering Malaysia and the UAE, with private-label and contract-packing options for distributors, importers and retailers across the GCC and South-East Asia. Our aim is simple: be a single, dependable South Indian sourcing partner that buyers can scale with.
