Questions buyers often ask
What is your minimum order quantity?
Depends on the product: bulk commodities from one 20ft container (LCL / mixed loads consolidated ex-Chennai), spices from 1–5 MT, Farmigo retail from 50 cartons per SKU, and your own private-label brand from 1,000 units per SKU — confirmed per order.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work with?
FOB ex-Indian port as standard; CIF / C&F on request. Common payment via Letter of Credit or advance + balance.
Can you supply samples?
Yes — request samples with your enquiry and we'll arrange them.
What export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice with HS code and packing list are supplied with each consignment. Certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificates, fumigation / ISPM-15 and CoA / test reports are provided as applicable and agreed per order.
How do you source products?
Our 20-acre farm grows coconut, turmeric, banana and mango. Other products and added volumes are procured at mandi and grading centres, with trusted procurement centres used when additional stock is needed. Source, availability, grade and packing are confirmed per order.
Why do you ask for a company registration or tax number?
For export quotation requests, we use it with the company name, country, business email and website for basic buyer due diligence against official or public business registers where available. It helps filter incomplete or potentially fraudulent enquiries, but does not by itself guarantee creditworthiness or transaction safety.
Do you offer private label / contract packing?
Yes. Farmigo and private-label foods are currently coordinated through trusted partner production and packing centres, with the facility, specification and commercial terms confirmed per programme.
Which markets do you currently serve?
Active exports to Qatar; opening Malaysia and the UAE; open to importers worldwide.
