1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to vaagaivriksham.com, operated by Vaagai Vriksham Ventures (Farmigo brand), registered office at 72/2, Thangamaan Thottam, East Ward-6, Ariyagoundampatty, Namagiripet, Namakkal — 637406, Tamil Nadu, India. It covers information collected when you browse the site or submit our enquiry form. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as our carriers', certification bodies' or social platforms' own websites.

2. Information we collect

Automatically, when you browse

We use Google Analytics 4 on every page to understand which pages and products visitors are interested in. This collects standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location at city/country level (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not run any advertising or retargeting pixels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) on the site.

The site stores a submission timestamp directly in your browser (not sent to any server) to reduce accidental duplicate enquiry submissions. This is functional, not tracking.

Information you choose to give us

If you submit our enquiry form on the Contact page, we collect what you enter: enquiry type, name, company, email, phone number, destination country, company website, business registration or tax number, product interest, buyer type, target volume, preferred Incoterm, and your message. Company and registration details are required only when requesting an export quotation. We only collect this when you actively submit the form — nothing is sent until you click "Send".

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry — preparing quotes, price lists, samples and trade documentation for the products, markets and volumes you ask about.
• To perform basic buyer due diligence — for export quotation requests, checking the company name and submitted registration or tax number against official or public business registers where available, and reducing fraud risk before commercial terms are issued.
• To improve the site — aggregate analytics (via GA4) tell us which products and pages buyers care about most, so we can keep the right information easy to find.
• To keep basic business records — such as export/trade correspondence we're required to retain under Indian export-documentation practice.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to any marketing or newsletter list — we only use your contact details to answer the enquiry you sent us.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and process enquiries. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare — operates the secure relay that verifies you're not a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile) and forwards a submitted enquiry to our form storage. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP address and browser signals) as part of this check, under its own privacy policy.
• Wix.com, Inc. — our enquiry-form submissions are stored on Wix's form-submission service, which our team accesses to respond to you.
• Google LLC — provides Google Analytics 4 for aggregate, site-wide usage statistics.

For export quotation due diligence, we may use a submitted company name or registration/tax identifier to search an official government or public business register. Those register operators process searches under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell contact data or share enquiry details for advertising.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

Google Analytics sets standard analytics cookies/identifiers. Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-friendly alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs — briefly checks your browser when you submit the enquiry form; it does not track you for advertising purposes. As noted in Section 2, we also use your browser's local storage to reduce accidental duplicate submissions. We do not use any cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention & security

Enquiry-form data is retained for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable trade record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised on request (see Section 7). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard settings. All data submitted through our site travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data you've submitted to us at any time. Email contact@vaagaivriksham.com with your request — we typically respond within a few business days.

8. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business buyers, importers and distributors. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our processes change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
